In the high season bookings are weekly from 3 pm to 9 am (possible arrival and departure only on Saturday or Wednesday).
In low season we are more flexible (minimum stay 3 nights).
In order to confirm the booking we require a deposit (35% of the stay) along with € 15 as booking fee.
By paying the deposit, customers automatically agree to comply with all the present booking regulations.
In case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late, the whole booked period must be paid.
The bill must be settled one week before the arrival date (by card - bank draft). Our system will send you a reminder via e-mail.
Tourist tax and extras have to be paid on campsite. (Tourist tax: 0.75 Euro per day, per person over 14 years old).
The deposit will only be refunded if written notice of cancellation is given 45 days before arrival date. The booking fee will however not be refunded.
On arrival a refundable deposit of 100 € is required.
The deposit will be refunded on the departure date, on the condition that the unit be left tidy & clean and that nothing has been damaged during the stay.
Once your booking is confirmed, you have the option of adding an insurance cover by 24:00 of the following day.
