In order to book
a pitch we kindly ask you to send:
- the sum of 100 € for bookings of one week;
- the sum of 150 € for bookings of two weeks;
- the sum of 250 € for bookings longer than two weeks;
From this sum 15 € will be retained as an administration charge, the remainder will be deducted from the final bill.
Campsite management will acknowledge receipt of deposit and confirm the booking by post.
By paying the deposit, customers automatically agree to comply with all the present booking regulations.
Bookings are accepted for a minimum period of one week.
The emplacement will be allocated by the management, who will do their best allocate the emplacement in the desired location, this cannot however be guaranteed; in this event the management will not accept requests of cancellation or reimbursement.
It is not possible to change the emplacement on arrival.
In the event of cancellation written notice must be given to us 45 days before the date of arrival. In this case the deposit will be refunded withholding the 15 € administration charge. Should sufficient notice not be given, or should you fail to arrive, the entire deposit will be retained.
In the case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late the whole booked period must be paid.
Campsite management will keep the emplacement until 1 o'clock pm of the next day.
On departure day, the emplacement must be free within 12 pm.
Please do not forget we cannot guarantee the booking of a specific pitch!
